Been curious about this device for a while now and got it thrown in for free with my last order. FYI - this review is for the Valentine's Day Quickshot. It's a tossup between this and the Riley Reid Quickshot for my favorite of the Quickshot line. I like the interesting feel when entering this through the extra flanges, but if you want one that is more anatomical than I would recommend the Riley Reid over this. Both are great though, and I like the Quickshot for their ease of use and cleanup, and they can be a nice change of pace, especially for a man that is a little shorter than average.

Oh my, it is fantastic. I used to own a Quickshot Vantage that was lost in a move. I looked for a replacement when the Turbo caught my eye. So, this is my first sleeve of any kind. It's solid, but not what I expected. For one, it gives too much, it's got a really realistic feel. Feels seriously legit to feel inside with fingers, but for actual penetration, it just feels it gives too much.
I don't particularly care about the fact that it's clear, but might do it for some people. When I pull it all the way on, I go out the other side a couple inches, so it's kind of short. And exiting the back doesn't have nearly as good a sensation as entering, so it's kind awkward to keep myself in the first coulple inches of the quickshot.
All that said, it really does feel good and has been an enjoyable experience, even though it takes some getting used to.
I was a bit disappointed by the Turbo because it was much more jello-like than I hoped or expected but that’s my inexperience perhaps. If the material was a bit more firm I think the experience might have been pleasurable
