Once an order has been processed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be fulfilled in time, especially if the order is already in processing or has shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or follow our return process after it arrives.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. We are unable to reroute the refund to another payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. On average, refunds can take 3-5 business days to process.
