Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that mistakes can happen or plans may change. Please review the following guidelines regarding order cancellations:


Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Important Notes

  • We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be fulfilled in time, especially if the order is already in processing or has shipped.

  • If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or follow our return process after it arrives.


Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. We are unable to reroute the refund to another payment method.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. On average, refunds can take 3-5 business days to process.
