I've used several FL products over the years, and this is a great, simple addition to improve the experience of any sleeve. After trying several ways to improve the suction with the traditional case, this makes it easy easier! A simple rotating switch on the cap changes the suction level and allows you to tune out just the way you like. If they sold just the cap, I would buy one for every case!

This is my new favorite case for all of my sleeves. The main attraction here is the end cap, which has an adjustable notch to more easily control suction. I previously used my Fleshlights without the end cap on at all as I dislike the suction on standard cases, but I now use the end cap of this case every time, as it gives just the right amount of suction. Since the end cap is compatible with other cases, it makes it very convenient. The blue color of the case is also very nice.
it's a very good addition. I wish it was available in more colors. The level of control this adds compared to the original screw on cap is day and night.
I love this case, I think it's superior to the default cases. With the default case I find I have to unscrew the end cap a little or there's too much suction and the case can make an annoying clacking sound. Meanwhile with this case it's much easier and quieter to adjust the airflow with this case, which is why I prefer it overall.

Makes it a bit better. Certainly less noisy than the regular twist cap is so that’s an improvement over the traditional design.
I love this lid I just wish the quality control was better. The lid doesnt seal properly to the case. Im just using the lid on a different case I already had and that it fits better.
Highly recommend adding this to your experience, adds great control and suction to all the fun Fleshlight brings.
The main product came with this so there really wasn't a need to order it separately. So, now I have two. Works great but a second one wasn't needed
Case is Meh. In some ways it’s better because you can vent the bottom to ensure it’s always allowed a little airflow while stored. But the “mind blowing” suction they describe is not that. However it does make less noise than the old one and doesn’t give that squeezy pig dog toy sound if you seal the bottom.

This case is a necessity for every sleeve unless you break it and need to use the old ones.
The adjustable suction is ingenious. Each stroke out pulls more blood in making a harder erection.

This case make ms the experience amazing. Though with the vent open it basically whistles the whole time im getting busy. I usually just resort to unscrewing it to make it quiet.

it helps to have some control
So far I’ve used it twice, there is a learning curve with it as it doesn’t just create the suction for you automatically. I find when I insert my penis as far as I can and leave it there for a few moments the suction works better.
It is the perfect way to achieve the proper suction. I love to vary it during my sessions.
