My sleeve shipped with two holes in the front. Contacted support with photos and they said it was normal for the product to have bubbles. This is insane. These bubbles are located in the entrance of the sleeve and will tear after short use, they are basically perforated cuts it the front of the sleeve that will fill with mold in time. This is a quote from customer service: "This is common throughout our molding process and the item(s) remain safe to use." So they are saying use a product that will break down and fill with germs and mold. I can't recommend at all. (Update): After contacting support again, they had me destroy the sleeve, send pictures, and shipped a new one. The new sleeve also has issues but not as severe, the outside of the sleeve has loose bits dangling from it like rubber spider webbing. I guess they might have changed how they make them if this just keep happening. The sleeve itself is good I'd give the design a 4/5.
