They first listed the estate in 2015 after deciding to move from the countryside back into the city’s downtown area. Originally listed on the market for $7 million, it finally sold this year, in 2021, to none other than Mia and boyfriend Eli Tucker, a content producer, for $3.9 million.
It’s a fantastic plan to call home, to be sure. But what motivated the couple to buy such an extravagant place?
Mia and Eli plan on using the gated estate as a studio for adult film and various social media projects.
“The fact that it’s themed after a castle and has a fantasy theme — that is my favorite part,” said Mia Malkova. She went on to say that the castle will serve as a set for PG-rated geek and gaming content, but “definitely adult content will be shot here,” too.

You’ll discover the typical, classic castle-like features throughout the home, including turrets, suits of armor, and family crests which were included to resemble the home’s original inhabitants, a father, wife, and their three children.
Enter through the front door, and you see a fountain, plants, and a rock walkway designed to create the feeling of entering a landscaped garden.

As you traverse the castle’s interior, you find an impressive two-floor library featuring a desk and a fireplace on the bottom...
And, on its ceiling, an enormous clock face inside a compass.
The house also has a gym with a 15-foot climbing wall, punching bag, ballet barre, and other exercise equipment.
And, as if this wasn’t enough, the castle also has a home cinema, where Tucker and Malkova will undoubtedly enjoy watching countless hours of movies.
Besides a massive screen, the theater has a red carpet, blue velvet couches, chandeliers, theater-inspired curtain murals, and a marquis that reads “Teatro: Welcome to Blackberry Castle.”
At this point, if you thought this was all there was to this place, you’d be mistaken. Mia and Eli plan to make their castle even more incredibly outlandish. Soon, they’ll be spending $1 million on a giant pirate ship that will peek through the atrium into the backyard over a brand-new grotto pool.
