I purchased the Vesuvius (Butt) sleeve, and it has become one of my top choices. The fit is very snug, which gives it a distinctive, consistent level of pressure. The only thing I would change is adding a bit more internal texture, as the design leans more toward smoothness. I typically use Pjur Aqua, which has a very slick feel, so that may contribute to my preference for slightly more texture. My overall favorite is still the Flight Pilot, but the Vesuvius comes in a close second for it’s tight, controlled design.
