Barely a day of usage and the orifice has already tore. The actual product feels good, but the build quality of this particular one was not good. If there can be a refund or replacement, that would be greatly appreciated. Edit: I was surprised when I got a package of a replacement. I've changed my rating to a 5 purely due to the customer service and I will be sure to be a future customer again.
