Headshot by Mia Malkova is a really great mouth sleeve. First off i wanna say that I LOVE that their starting to add these to different girls collections more often. They're amazing and I always jump at the chance to order them when a new one comes out. Started with Riley I believe, then Mia (on top of all the FL Pro mouth options) and now Vanna Bardot (which i just ordered). So all of that said, this sleeve is great. Visually its more than enticing, its downright sexy. The lips are plump perfection, the way the mouth is slightly open in an inviting way and the anatomically accurate uvula hanging down in the back of the throat all add up to make one very exciting looking sleeve. Besides the esthetics, the sleeve FEELS just as good as it looks. Its got that narrow lil entry way it starts off with that really makes it reminiscent of a throat. The rest of the inner texture is a slightly bumpy, pulsating passageway with ridges of bumps leading towards the end. It makes for a really great experience all the way from start to finish. I do think this one is slightly better than the Riley Reid mouth sleeve but its hard to say, their both really great in their own ways. You can't get better than the oral Lauren Lotus PRO sleeve with the Allure texture either way. But for half the price, this is a great option.

OMFG! Wow! This is amazing! The texture is so soft and smooth. I was unsure about the texture inside. Not a fan of rough texture toys and this absolutely blew my mind. Not huge in size. I would say average,about 6 inches. Not Girthy either (around a half dollar coin in size) so I figured Boss Level would be super tight and push me out. Not the case. Mia is a fantastic purchase, I’ll have to get Lvl Up next. Waiting till the Birthday one 😉Just make sure you purchase a case with it. I also purchased the Kayley Gunner Fully Loaded so switching back and forth between cases is a pain. Also make sure you get lube and a cleaning kit, made that mistake and had to order after.
It definitely does the job it is intended to do. Doesn't feel like a real bj but that's to be expected. I think it would be better if the lips closed enough to touch the shaft. If the cap is tight then it creates enough suction to make the lips close more but the bottom lip still barely touches if at all. Would possibly work better for smaller guys. Great for edging. Even though it isn't a real mouth it still feels good to go balls deep.

The Mia Malkova Headshot is amazing, it actually feels like a real mouth especially when you twist it slightly during use. I have the Riley Reid mouth fleshlight as well, and that one is tighter overall. The headshot feels a bit more realistic with a less-tight mouth that’s less intense but definitely has more subtlety in feeling, thicker tongue you can feel a little more, and slightly looser throat. Honestly, it’s so realistic it makes fantasizing about whoever you want very easy! The Riley one is also great, but this is now my go-to because of the slightly more realistic feel.
