I had to buy the original because it's the only one with a 3/4 inch opening. The length of your penis doesn't matter much when buying a fleshlight, but the girth or circumference matters greatly. I bought a Lia19 model last year but couldn't use it because it is very uncomfortable fitting a penis 6 inches around and over 2 inches wide into a 1/2 inch opening. It is a very flexible material but not that flexible. The original works a lot better for me but could be better. I've got a lot of Lia19 videos so I was very disappointed that I couldn't use her fleshlight. Hope they offer a larger version of the Lia19 in the future. Less

As for the comments about being to small, I'm rather gurthy in my lower bits and the sheath is 10". So if you are bigger than 10" you may have a problem, but as far as being to thick I can say it may look small, but it fits! AMAZING material! Less
