How to use
The Universal Launch is an automated Fleshlight experience for most of your Fleshlight toys! Securely strap your compatible Fleshlight product in using the Universal Ratcheting System. Slide your product through the gripped circular opening. Once in a safe, desired position, use the large latch to tighten up the grip. Lift the large latch from its left side to ratchet the strap in snugly, taking care not to overtighten and possibly damage your Universal Launch or your stroker. Then power up and enjoy the product's many features! The Universal Launch’s easy to use, light-up rocker switches allow you to adjust between four variable stroke lengths and stroke speeds, moving as quickly as 250 strokes per minute. If you want a more concentrated experience, shorten the stroke length and toggle through the three available pleasure zones - base, shaft or tip. The universal smartphone mount on top gives you the option of viewing your favorite content while both hands are on the controls. Works well. Could be a touch quieter but no major complaints. If you lose the charger you need a 15V 1A charger.

I rather like it. It’s got decent speed but wish it went faster when on full thrust. I like that you can change the thrust length and also the thrust position. More down or more up the tip. Attaching a fleshlight is stupid simple. There are two things that kind of bother me. First it’s fairly loud. Especially on short fast strokes. Second the phone mount on the top gets blocked by the fleshlight when it goes up on the longer strokes.

This thing is a tank. And it weighs about as much as well....
Overall, I am not crazy about this machine. I have several similar styled machines to compare to, to come up with this opinion. It does have pros and cons (below). But overall, it's hard to recommend.
Pros:
1. Build quality is good. Doesn't feel cheap.
2. Strong: Although it's not the strongest machine like this that I own, it's still plenty strong to do the job.
3. Charging WHILE using it: This is the ONLY toy I have that can be charged while you use it. I think every machine should be able to...
4. Can hold other brand strokers
Cons:
1. Heavy: As stated above, this thing is heavy. It's by far the heaviest toy I own. And I own a bunch of toys.
2. Large: Besides it being heavy, it's also much larger than it needs to be. The length is too long. And the handles are spread out so far, it's basically impossible to use in a sitting position (legs get in the way).. Plus, there's no clearance for your boys. They can easily get pinched between the stroker and the body of the machine. Not cool!
3. Short stroke: It has roughly half of what any of my other similar machines have.
Again, I own several similar style machines. I will probably only use this one when I want use an actual Fleshlight (or other similar brand) of stroker.

It was alright, I wish it could make bigger strokes but it is not too bad I guess. It would also be nice to be able to mount the thing, but that might be a bit much. It's also as loud as you'd expect an auto-stroker to be, so factor that in. Good ratcheting system to hold things in place, and good handles/controls... just wish it could do a little more I guess.

Overall really good and comparable to the old version of the launch however, there is NO Bluetooth compatibility in this device (bought it because I thought it did) AND the ratcheting system is kinda fragile mine broke after about a month-and-a-half to two months of use and I've found no way to replace or repair it. Those two things coupled with a lack of warranty on purchase makes this feel like a risky buy so I would probably go with a solace or a handsy if you're looking for that TRUE handsfree experience but if you need something guaranteed to be compatible with a full sized Fleshlight or you don't care about using it with interactive videos this will be a 100% buy from me as long as you have the extra cash lying around.
