This is the most intense sleeve, with amazing pleasure and realism. Highly recommended, and highly addictive. But it is very hard to keep clean. Don't get the ice, because then you'll see all the mildew inside it -- a real turn off.

The Vortex sleeve is second to none for all out sensation. The variable tightness and complex texture in the canal don't give a distinct and therefore artificial sensation, like the very intense Super Ribbed sleeve, but deliver just as much stimulation. First off I'd like to say ILF is great! I am writing a review for my lady vortex insert. I've purchased a couple inserts. The stu, wonder wave, and the super ribbed. Of all of these inserts I have tried my favorite are the stu and the vortex. I am uncut and the vortex is great the ribs feel incredible! deffinetlly a must buy!
