I'm 19 and I bought one of these after having an ice lady original. What can i say, I have never had an orgasm using my hand that has left me unable to stand. I can't wait to get another one. I am unsure as to which insert to buy next because I want something more intense, however, it seems that the vortex is the most intense sleeve out there.

The Vortex was my first FL. Amazing, takes some time to get good with however.

Also, instead of just going up and down with it, try twisting it with your wrist. Feels quite good that way too. :)

I thought the wonder wave was the ultimate, but vortex is my new favorite. I have tried all the inserts, and this is by far the best one in my opinion. I tried some other "cheaper" units, I always come back to the fleshlight. Over the years, these units have just gotten better!
