I'm hanging with 5" on a good day. This is pretty real if your lady isn't real "tight". Also, I didn't mind lasting longer and feeling each wave get more intense. I like this one the best. The other sizes are to small, and I don.t really like the textured types. I've only tried the lady design, but I definitely recommend the original size for guys larger then normal.
