  • How can I place an order?
    You may place an order online through the website or you may call in to 888-804-4453 or +1-512-865-5266 (toll free) for international orders and we can place the order for you over the phone. You do not need to create an account to place an order.

  • What is my personal information used for?
    We use your personal information only for billing and shipping. Information is never sold, rented or shared with any other service or company! Besides your order, you will not receive any additional catalogs, mailings, or emails from ILF Inc.

  • Is my online information secure?
    Your personal information will be protected by the worlds most advanced encryption technologies. The padlock on the bottom of your browser status bar ensures your order will be securely processed.

  • How long is my information kept for?
    Credit card numbers and personal information is destroyed after product is successfully shipped.

  • How will the order show on my statements?
    Purchases made by credit card or online check will read on your statement as "ILF Inc.” or “Interactive Life Forms,” depending on your financial institution.

  • What do I do if my payment was declined?
    Contact Us via phone or email.

  • Why was my payment declined?
    Credit card payments may be declined for any number of reasons. The best way to determine the cause of the failure is to contact the bank that issued your credit card. Otherwise, feel free to Contact Us via phone or email to review your order and attempt to process the transaction again.

  • Will I receive purchase confirmation?
    Once an order is placed, you will receive an initial email with the order receipt.  A second email will be sent with your assigned tracking number once the order has been completed and shipped. Be aware that it will be an additional 24-48 hours before UPS.com or USPS.com will be able to offer accurate tracking information.

    Important: If you have submitted an invalid email address you will not receive automated notifications. Email addresses can not be modified once an order is submitted.

Domestic Orders (within the United States)
  • Methods of payment:

  • Online credit card payment

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Check and debit cards that carry the Visa or Mastercard logo are also accepted. To make a payment online using your credit card, while in the shopping cart select "Credit Card" and then click "Proceed to Checkout". Complete the form in its entirety! Credit cards are generally processed within 3-5 minutes of receipt. If we encounter difficulty processing your payment, you will be contacted via email. Once payment is received, all orders will ship within 1-3 business days.

    * Please note that larger orders may be delayed due to additional verification needed to ensure that the order is legitimate and that the card holder has authorized the transaction. ILF, Inc. is committed to protecting consumers from credit card fraud and act in the best interest of the consumer in attempting to verify transactions of this type. We apologize for any delays this may cause our customers.

  • Online check payment
    Online check payments must be in US dollars and drawn from a US bank. To make a payment online using an online check, while in the shopping cart select "Online Check," then fill in your Account #, Routing # and the check number you will be using for this order and click "Proceed to Checkout". Remember that you will need to void the physical check and not use it for any other transactions or it could cause the payment to not go through successfully. Online check orders take 5-10 business days to receive approval. Orders will not ship until payment is finalized.

  • Money order
    Money orders must be in US dollars. For your protection, we do not accept cash payments or personal/business checks. Use the mailing address listed on Contact Us.

    To make a payment using a money order, while in the shopping cart select "Money Order" and then click "Proceed to Checkout". Be sure to print out your order and record the total amount due and the order number. Make payments payable to ILF, Inc. Be sure to record your name (the one you used when you placed your order) and your order number on the money order. For your protection, we suggest that all payments are sent via a traceable carrier. Orders will not ship until payment is received and processed. Payments made by money order will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of receipt.

International Orders (outside of the United States)
